Paul Dunlevy is a Partner and Co-Founder of Ascent Talent Solutions and the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. Since 2012, he has focused on executive search across all areas of real estate, bringing institutional experience from roles at Ferguson Partners and Rhodes Associates. Paul combines industry expertise with a people-first mindset, aiming to build a firm centered on cultivating long-term relationships centered around trust, and listening to the needs/goals of clients and candidates. Outside of work, he mentors through Big Brothers Big Sisters and supports young adults aging out of foster care. Paul has a BA in Marketing from Rider University.

Ignacio “Iggy” Yulis is a Partner and Co-Founder of Ascent Talent Solutions and the CEO of Resolution Search, LLC. He previously founded IGY Search in 2020, leading executive searches across the real estate sector. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Rhodes Associates, managing searches in investments, development, asset management, and more. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years recruiting finance and operations talent for the financial services and alternative investment industries. Iggy holds a BA in Philosophy from George Washington University and lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Tara Cohen is Managing Director at Ascent Talent Solutions and Resolution Search, where she leads executive search execution. With over a decade of experience focused exclusively on real estate recruiting, she brings deep market insight and a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every search.

Before joining Resolution Search, Tara spent over three years at LT Executive Search, placing professionals across acquisitions, asset management, development, and capital raising. She began her career at Glocap, where she was a key member of the real estate vertical for nearly seven years.

Tara holds advanced degrees in Real Estate Development and Taxation, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting—giving her a strong foundation in the financial and operational needs of her clients. Based in New Jersey, she’s also a proud mom of two.

Dan Schlesinger is a Managing Partner of Ascent Talent Solutions and a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. With over a decade of experience, Dan has successfully led searches across the full spectrum of real estate verticals. His track records spans clients ranging from boutique developers and family office owner/operators to institutional development firms, REITs, and investment platforms, covering diverse asset classes, strategies, and seniority levels.

Before transitioning to executive search in 2015, Dan built a strong foundation in the real estate industry through roles in land development, construction, and acquisitions with Toll Brothers, Sigal Construction, and Meridian Development Partners. This hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of the roles he now recruits for and the way his clients operate. As a result, Dan views each search mission as an opportunity to enhance both the professional's life and advance the vision and long-term value of each company he proudly represents.

Dan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and earned an MBA from Georgetown University. He currently resides in Melville, Long Island with his wife and two daughters.
